John F. Kennedy Library Volunteer Program

John F. Kennedy Library Program in where high school students have the opportunity to help out their local library in exchange of community service hours

• Volunteers:

  • Volunteers will help out the library with their tasks throughout the day 

• Volunteers Schedule:

  • Volunteers must commit to their work schedule Age Requirement:

  • ONLY Students that are 16-18 years old with 

• How to register:

  • You go through their organization website (provided below):

    • Print and fill those documents

    • Once fill out, turn in to the Library Volunteer Coordinator at the JFK Library, 190 West 49th Street.

    • The approval process for volunteer applications usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.
